RS Fly Shop Shipping Information

Holiday Return PolicyTo help with the holiday season we have extended the return period for defective merchandise to Jan 5, 2009 on all purchases made between November 14 and December 25, 2008. Items must be in the original packaging for return complete with all manuals and accessories.

How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable!  Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
RS Fly Shop currently markets to the continental USA and Canada. Products that ship from the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
